Decided to try and bake something different today! Unfortunately they did not turn out as good as I thought they would but it was still fun to make! The recipe I used was from Savour Easy on Youtube ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nzj0Ab61i_c&list=WL&index=24&t=0s ). I think the problem with mine was the yeast I used because the dough didn't rise well. Flavour-wise it could have done with a little more seasoning! I added some raisins to some buns as well.

Here's the recipe from the video!

- 5 cups of all purpose flour

- 50g of sugar

- 7g of instant yeast

- 1 teaspoon of salt

- 1 cup of whole milk

- 1/2 cup (or 100g) of melted butter

- 2 large eggs (beaten)

This recipe was also very easy to follow and had minimal ingredients. Will definitely give it a try again some day but let me know how yours turned out!

Managed to make about 16-18 balls with the dough mixture and probably could have made more if the dough actually rose nicely hahah! Make sure to get an even coating of egg wash to make them look nicer (mine was quite messy). We ate the rolls with T-bone steak for dinner (this family really loves our steaks)!
